Lesson tuition is billed in advance and is due at the first lesson of each month. Invoices are sent by e-mail and payable through paypal.

REQUIREMENTS

To take skype guitar lessons, you will need a free skype account, a webcam (with microphone), strong, reliable internet access, and a well-lit area comfortable for your lesson. If you do not have a webcam, you will need to purchase one. Here are some recommendations.

Q: Should I take 30-min or 60-min lessons?

A: I suggest 60-minute lessons for ages 12 to adults, and 30-minute lessons for children under 12.

Q: What if I need to cancel/reschedule a lesson?

A: You must give a 24-hour notice to cancel a lesson without forfeiting the lesson. I should be contacted directly to cancel -- meaning you've either spoken with or received a message back from me stating the message was received. If a student cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or is a "no-show" at the time of their scheduled lesson, they will be charged the full price of the private lesson. Only sicknesses wil be rescheduled. Doctor's appointments, vacations and other excuses will be rescheduled with at least a 72-hour notice. If you know of a date where you will not be able to make your lesson, you need to notify me as soon as possible. Your lesson is a scheduled appointment with me. Only one lesson per month can be rescheduled, if needed. Canceling a scheduled makeup forfeits that makeup lesson. If the instructor cancels a lesson and is not able to schedule a makeup lesson, the student will receive a credit for the missed lesson.

Q: How do I cancel my lessons permanently?

A: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A 30-day notice is required to terminate lessons. If you are paying for lessons a la carte (lesson by lesson), a 48-hour notice is required to cancel.
